Animal Kingdom Lodge isn’t just a resort — it’s an experience that wraps around you the moment you walk through the doors. The soaring thatched ceilings, the crackling fireplace in the lobby, the smell of the African-inspired food drifting through the air… it feels like home to me. It IS my go-to resort at Walt Disney World, and every single time I check in, I remember exactly why.
And then there are the animals. Zebras. Giraffes. Wildebeest. Grazing just outside your balcony as the sun comes up with your morning coffee. I’m not sure it gets better than that. 🌅
